Goal-Oriented Recovery: The focus is entirely on getting you back to the activities and intimacy you love.
Pelvic Pain Conditions Supported
If you have been diagnosed with, or suspect you are experiencing any of the following, you are in the right place:
Painful Intercourse (Dyspareunia): Pain during or after intimacy, it may be with initial penetration or deeper internally.
Vaginismus: Involuntary tightening of the pelvic floor muscles making tampon insertion, pelvic exams, or penetrative sex painful or impossible.
Bladder Pain & Cystitis: Chronic bladder pressure, bladder pain, urinary frequency and urgency without an active urinary tract infection.
Vulvodynia & Vestibulodynia: Pain around the vulva or the entrance to the vaginal (vaginal vestibule) with no identified cause. Typically patients have ruled out any active infection but their symptoms persist.
Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome (CPPS): Ongoing pain around the pelvis that has persisted for more than 6 months and hasn’t responded to traditional treatments. Typically patients have been seen by their primary care provider or specialist and there is no identifiable cause for the pelvic pain.
I’m Tiffaney,
Your Registered Physiotherapist with a passion for pelvic health
For over 15 years, I've cared for people through some of their most private health concerns. The pelvis is at the heart of so much: where we grow our children, experience intimacy, and handle the everyday functions we rarely talk about. When something goes wrong there, it affects everything, and the silence around it can make asking for help feel impossible. What matters most to me is offering a safe, judgment-free space where nothing is too awkward to say, and where we work together toward getting you back to the life you love
